Beyond the Invisible Management Workshop
As a follow-up to Xpirity’s nationally acclaimed workshop, “Creating the Invisible,” we take you beyond the link between corporate culture and brand strategy to a new paradigm for growing market share. Building on the formula, employee morale = market share, this action-oriented workshop provides strategies and tactics to help improve the bottom line and build brand by focusing on employees and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on workshop and includes a self-assessment, a brand equity evaluation, individual and group work, and more.
This workshop can also be presented as a two-hour management seminar.
About the Workshop
In this highly energized and dynamic workshop, participants learn how to embark on a corporate culture initiative, how to obtain buy-in from all levels of the company, how to stay the course when noticeable results aren’t immediately achieved, and how to dramatically impact their organization’s “voice,” as well as the bottom line.
Participants are led through a series of corporate and personal brand exercises (if you never thought of yourself as a brand, then this workshop will be particularly valuable if you regularly contemplate career growth), undergo a personal brand assessment, take part in a brand equity evaluation, and collaboratively create a Brand Renewal Plan for the organization that focuses on the employees’ role in brand development.
By understanding what drives employee behavior – and ultimately satisfaction, pride, and retention – participants develop specific strategies and tactics that will improve the organization’s culture and enhance employee morale, which will ultimately increase customer satisfaction, decrease costs, reduce turnover, and increase market share.
