About the Workshop

In this high-energy, interactive workshop, participants come face to face with their abilities to enhance trust in the workplace and learn firsthand whether their actions are having positive or negative impacts on the organization’s culture. Through group exercises, participants discover how we often sidestep difficult issues that often – and unknowingly – destroy trust between employees and managers and how certain behaviors can quickly uproot the company’s culture.

Prior to the workshop, participants are invited to take part in an online Trust Orientation Profile, which identifies their strengths and weaknesses in 12 dimensions that are critical to building trust – in both their personal and professional lives. Individual results are provided to attendees in advance so that participants have time to reflect on their trust characteristics and better understand the concepts that are presented during the workshop itself. The aggregate results are woven into the workshop to highlight important points and to illustrate leadership issues related to the organization’s ability to create, build, and enhance trust.

  • LCD projector/screen.
  • Standard audio jack for laptop computer.
  • Wireless lavaliere microphone if size of room and audience requires it.

Fees

The fee for the workshop, which includes the online Trust Orientation Profile, all prep work, and a post-workshop debriefing with the executive management team is $5,000. Normal and customary travel expenses, to be pre-approved by the client, are billed separately. A two-hour seminar version that excludes the Trust Orientation Profile and post-workshop debriefing is $3,000.

If you are not absolutely thrilled with your workshop or seminar, then we waive the entire fee, no questions asked. All we ever obligate you to are pre-approved travel expenses. As such, you are not invoiced for your event until after the workshop or seminar is completed and you have provided us with your billing authorization.
