In Pursuit of WOW! Management Workshop
We expect mastery of so many others – the professional athlete, carpenter, the concert pianist – but do we actually expect it of ourselves? More important, do we expect it of our organization? And if so, it is obvious to others? Do we exude WOW! in both our personal and professional lives? Or do we fall prey to someone else’s reality of what we are capable of achieving? Creating WOW! means building personal and corporate brands based on trust, credibility, and integrity – brands that eventually become impervious to the people and market forces that surround us.
This workshop can also be presented as a two-hour management seminar.
About the Workshop
In this high-energy, interactive workshop, participants are forced to reflect on their ultimate purpose while re-evaluating their successes and contributions – to both their organizations and society. By using deeply personal stories to explore the foundational elements of all great leaders – namely, an unwavering commitment, a passion for doing the right thing, and the ability to build trust and establish credibility – attendees are inspired to establish a higher standard for their companies and themselves.
Prior to the workshop, participants are invited to take part in an online assessment, 12 Questions to WOW! The results of this assessment are woven into the workshop to highlight important points and to illustrate leadership perceptions about the organization’s ability to create WOW! consistently.
Throughout the workshop, participants are asked to complete sections of a workbook, which is designed to capture their in-the-moment thoughts and feelings, which are then used as the basis for a personal rejuvenation and action plan. This is a powerful workshop that sparks transformation – both personally and organization wide – and has received raved reviews nationwide.
